Matching speakers with Surround sound system- amplifier?

Highly inadvisable. The AVR 35 is rated for 8 Ohm speakers only. Using 3 Ohm speakers will cause the output circuits to overheat and the protection circuit to trip during loud play. Use only 8 Ohm or greater (8 to 16 Ohm) speakers with it.
