Why is Obama penalising SS retirees & disabled citizens by denying them a Cost of Living Allowance for the 2nd?

straight year? This year`s COLA was canceled & there are news reports that it will also be canceled for 2011. Is Obama now trying to leave us naked, hungry & without shelter? Why doesn`t he cancel the pay increases to his office, Senate & Congress instead? Why does he & his Democrat goons continue to beat-up on the poor, elderly & disabled? Anyone else ANGRY about this?
