Suggestions for a 'girly' TV on DVD series..?

I recently watched 3 seasons of Veronica Mars and enjoy them. Or, the first 2, anyway. I'm looking for a show that's kind of similar, but more in the Gilmore Girls vain, which I've watched all of. I'm not interested in Desperate Housewives, American Teenager, the O.C., type shows or ones like Dexter and the Wire. I've looked into Felicity and Dawson's Creek, but I don't know if they're really worth it. I'd like something that's 'snappy' and witty with likable characters and (at least semi) believable plots.
