Tubal and strange period.?

I have three kids and my youngest is 7 months. I had my tubes tied at the delivery and everything went well. After I had him, I had a c-section, I noticed a lot of pulling and twinges in my ab. Seemed pretty normal after a c and traumatic delivery. I am also 35 so, even though it was a bit painful for longer than when I had my first c-section 14 years ago I contributed it to my age mostly. My periods returned to normal and everything has been fine. This past month, when I got my period I spotted slightly..not enough to even use a pad (used a pantiliner for 1 day). It was streaky and then when I went to the toilet and wiped it was a brown. Now, nothing. Has anyone else had this? I am thinking my body is just screwed up this month? ThX for any and all help in similar situation.
