Why Hasn't the movie "The Fourth Kind" Out online yet?

I mean there's always a guy that goes to the movies and records it in a cam and puts it online! So Is there any reason why hasn't that movie been posted in movie25.com or watch-movies.net.in/? Or has every one's been Abducted by Predator? LOL
