Whats a good telemarketer that will call every day a million times a day?

I have this annoying *** mother in law, who calls and leaves ignorant mean voice mails on my phone about 3 times a day.. and I cannot do anything because it my mother in law, and its illegal to kill people, so i thought I get her back and post her number up on the internet and have her phone bombarded constantly with annoying phone call after another..... Any one know any annoying sites? or any where I could post the number and have a ton of people call her?
